Records Retrieval – $30
Our team will create a request then send it to the provider via the method that will get the quickest response from them. Once the request has been sent our team will regularly follow up with the provider, updating you as to the status of the request.
Police Report Retrieval – $15
We charge $15 for retrieval of police reports. Each police report that we retrieve will be processed by one of our team members who will create the request and submit it via the method that works best for the police department in question.
Balance Verification – $10
We charge $10 per balance verification. We will generate the form and send it to the facility so you have the most up to date information about the case you are working on.

Common Problems
How do I retrieve medical records from the emergency department?
Our team prefers to contact new facilities before we send a request to figure out how the hospital is organized and how they process requests. Some hospitals have a central system and some can only be sent directly to the emergency department.
How do I request a police report?
Each police department has a different process for handling this requests. We recommend either calling ahead or outsourcing the request to a service that frequently works with police departments to get copies of police reports.
